3 big reasons why people get wasted after saying they wouldn't

POV: You get wasted and feel bad after convincing yourself you wouldn't drink.

Why? 3 big reasons:

1. You're caught off guard.
↳ You didn't plan for this moment, and the social pressure gets to you.

2. You lack self-belief.
↳ Deep down, you don't believe you can change.

3. You don't want to change.
↳ You're not ready, and maybe you like it this way.
(↑ That's okay btw; just stop lying to yourself brother.)

We all have messy memories that trip us up. But that's where The Sober Social System™️ comes in.

I teach this to clients in the Freedom Creator. It's super simple:

Step 1: Resolve psychological challenges.
Step 2: Audit your friendship network.
Step 3: Get clear on your WHY.

Working with us, you'll tackle this mess head-on. You'll grow stronger and start to believe you can change because we'll clear out the old beliefs that say you can't.

After just one session, my client chose not to drink, even around friends who were. They said they're cutting back. Friends cheered them on, and that made all the difference.

They back themselves FULLY.

Worried about social pressure? Here's my advice:

1. Set your boundaries and stand by them.
2. Be clear about your choice. People will respect you.
3. Even if you trip up, don't give up. Learn, adjust, and move.

Live with intention. Feel proud.

The doors to The Freedom Creator closed last week and I don't know when they'll next open. But I've made The Sober Social System™️ training freely available up until Friday.

Access the full training here.

With love,
Dan
