Here's why this program is so impactful:

Last week I connected with a new member Josh, who's been facing some tough challenges with:

- Alcohol
- Drugs
- Porn
- Sex

Here’s where Josh is now:

Environment: Full of triggers.
Behaviour: Consistently self-sabotaging.
Capabilities: Present but buried under shame.
Beliefs: He feels worthless and stuck.
Identity & Purpose: Lost and searching for a way out.

Josh opened up completely.

He's seeking:

- A healthy relationship
- Emotional Stability
- Clear-headedness
- Real connections
- Total sobriety

We mapped out his current situation vs his aspirations, tackled a worksheet to clear the confusion, and scheduled regular check-ins for accountability.

It was an intense session, but now I have everything I need to tailor my support for him effectively.

Next Steps for Josh:

Phase 1: Find peace with his inner self.
Phase 2: Optimise his environment to manage triggers.
Phase 3: Build confidence without needing substances.

I'm deeply excited for him.

My Insights:

I'm not just guiding Josh toward 'recovery'.

We're reconstructing his entire life with intention.
