You'll go through these systems in bite sized chunks, follow the action steps and report back to me and so I can help you work through everything.

Inside the community we host intimate group coaching calls twice per week:

1. Tuesday 6pm
2. Thursday 6pm

UK time //  60-90 Minutes Long.

No dramas if you can't make them, every call is recorded and uploaded to our private social media platform so you can catch up whenever you want.

If you want to do deeper work, I offer 1:1 sessions exclusively to our community members at a rate that isn't available anywhere else.
