Regret = A Sign From Within
Saturday mornings used to hit me hard.
Picture this: waking up with memories of last night's drinking, smoking, and cocaine use, all while trying to keep it hidden from my girlfriend at the time.
The shame was suffocating.
Fuck that.
Regret = a sign from within
That nagging regret is your mind and body saying "Hey, this ain't right."
It's a wakeup call to something more authentic to who you really are.
One Saturday changed it all for me.
That day, I decided to listen.
Regret turned into my action signal.
It's what led me from those grim mornings to now — writing from my home in Spain almost 2 years alcohol free, sharing this with you.
Living proof that change is possible.

(the pool is freezing though)
Your action steps
Feeling that regret? It's your cue.
Listen and act.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Today’s insights:

Why waiting for 'the right time' is bullshit.
Start transforming those 'this ain’t right' moments into your dream life.
Sending love,
Dan
