Turning passion into profit
Over 60% of people in my Freedom Creator program choose to train as coaches, therapists, or sober coaches.
This is super inspiring, but it can be a minefield…
Running a therapy & coaching business for two years taught me there are two distinct parts:
Delivery of Therapy/Coaching
Helping people solve their problems.
This is what attracts most people.
The Business of Personal Coaching / Therapy
Challenging to understand.
Hard to provide tangible outcomes.

My Insights from Business Mentorships:
In business coaching, promises are clear and measurable.
Example: “I’ll help you achieve +£1,000 MRR in 6 months.” This works for business coaches because they sell revenue growth.
This, in my opinion, makes their service easy to sell. Who doesn't want more revenue? I certainly do.
Personal change, like overcoming addiction/reducing anxiety/managing stress etc, has less tangible results and is therefore much harder to package and sell.
Beyond that, you’ve also got to persuade the prospect to commit to change initially. It’s a double whammy.
This is why so many coaches and therapists fail to do anything with their qualifications. Building the business is tough. No denying it...
My Struggle and Solution:
I struggled on for 2 years with this ambiguity. Sure, I signed clients and got great results.
But the truth is… people want clear, measurable outcomes.
So, I refined my offer to provide just that.
Now my offer is:
This clear promise transformed my business because it helps my prospects and clients see their path to success more clearly.
A Personal Note:
I have 150 people on my email list.
It's a small number, but it allows me to build a real connection with you.
How many of you are interested in turning your passion for helping others into a career?
Even if it’s just a small thought in the back of your mind, I’m curious.
To be clear, I'm not offering anything right now...
I’m considering an exclusive experiment for a small group starting in July/August.
Think it over this weekend and email if you're interested.
Until then, sending big love.
